I’m Tanya and I’m a Person-centred/Existential Counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I specialise in trauma counselling and I have extensive experience working with clients who have been affected by sexual violence/abuse and domestic violence.
I am also a qualified couples therapist with member of the British Infertility Counselling Association.
I work with clients struggling with all kinds of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to bereavement and anger.
I’m Shane, and I am also a qualified Humanistic/Existential Counsellor. I am a registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I have been working with clients since 2017 with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress and burnout.
I also have experience of working with clients who want to make changes in their life.
I enjoy working with clients in a creative way - from drawing stick people on paper, to playing with shells and stones as a way to explore the client’s world. Art qualifications are not needed!
I'm Lisa and like the other two, I am also a qualified Humanistic/Existential Counsellor as well as being a registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I have worked with young adults (18+) who struggle with self worth, perfectionism and the pressures of life
I have broad experience of working with people with common mental health issues, as well childhood sexual abuse, abortion and relationship struggles.
I understand that clients want to explore their lives and discover their meaning and purpose and I value the chance to be part of that journey.
