We are qualified, experienced counsellors who started practicing in 2017.

Shane is based in Barry in the Vale of Glamorgan and can offer online and phone counselling. 

Tanya is based in Milford Haven in Pembrokeshire and can offer online, phone and face to face counselling.  

We offer talking therapies to couples and individuals and have experience in:
