Hi! I am Tanya
I’m a trauma counsellor seeing individual clients and couples aged 18+ on the phone, online and face to face.
Over the years much of my work has been focused on working with clients who have been affected by sexual violence/abuse and domestic violence.
However my core training is in Humanistic Existential therapy and I have extensive experience in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression or who are going through difficult life events.

I offer Face to Face Counselling in Milford Haven
Although I work both online and on the phone, I also offer face to face sessions.
I have a peaceful room over looking the waterway in Milford Haven where I welcome my clients and create a calm space for them to explore their life.
Professional Body
I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This is a professional body and I adhere to their Ethical Framework to ensure that I am working safely and ethically with my clients.
