I’m a trauma counsellor and a clinical supervisor working with individual clients and couples aged 18+ in-person, on the phone and online.
Over the years much of my work has been focused on working with clients who have been affected by sexual violence/abuse and domestic violence.
I also have extensive experience in helping clients who struggle with anxiety, depression or who are going through difficult life events.
I help clients to gain understanding of their own patterns of thought and behaviour and explore how these patterns may have impacted our relationships, self esteem and confidence in our own abilities.
I am neurodivergent affirming and an LGBTQIA+ ally.
